The rules of the road. Written in plain English.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be using Ghostleads for a legitimate business purpose — B2B prospecting, recruiting, partnerships, market research, etc. Personal use is fine if it's lawful and respects the rights of the people whose data ends up in your exports.
• If you're signing up on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that company to these terms.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, particularly accounts using disposable inboxes, accounts flagged by abuse heuristics, or accounts that have previously violated these terms.

• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Don't share your login.
• You're responsible for everything that happens under your account, including credit spending. If a teammate has access, that's between you and them.
• Notify us at support@ghostleads.co immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You will not, directly or indirectly:

• Use exported data for unsolicited bulk email that violates CAN-SPAM, GDPR, the Indian DPDP Act, or any equivalent local law.
• Use data for harassment, discriminatory targeting, or any communication intended to defraud or harm.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute raw Ghostleads exports to third parties as data products. Use the data; don't be a data broker.
• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically harvest the Ghostleads platform itself (the dashboard, API, marketing pages).
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our software.
• Use the service in a way that disrupts the platform for other users — DDoS-style traffic, abusive automation, etc.
• Misrepresent your identity, country of operation, or business purpose during signup or onboarding.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice depending on the severity. For serious violations (spam campaigns triggering deliverability complaints, fraud), suspension is immediate and credits are forfeit.

• Ghostleads is pay-as-you-go. You top up credits, you spend credits on exports. No subscriptions, no auto-renewals, no minimum monthly spend.
• Prices are listed on the pricing page and may change with reasonable notice. Existing credits at the time of any price change are honored at the rate you paid.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't store card details.
• Credit balances are denominated in credits (1 credit = $1 USD). Local currency conversions are handled by Stripe at their then-current rate.
• Credits never expire. Top-up purchases are governed by the refund policy.

• Ghostleads is a B2B data export and enrichment tool. We deliver CSVs based on Apollo search URLs you provide.
• We charge per-row for company exports, and per-email-found for people exports.
• We use a multi-tenant cache to keep costs low. Cached records may have been originally enriched for a different customer.
• We rely on third-party providers (Apollo for source data, MillionsVerifier and LeadMagic for email verification). If they're down, we're degraded — we'll communicate, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime.
• We provide data; we don't guarantee outcomes. Open rates, reply rates, deliverability, and conversion are functions of your campaign, not ours.

• You own your data — the URLs you submit, the CSVs you receive, the way you use them. We don't claim rights to your campaign data.
• Ghostleads (the platform, code, design, brand, marketing copy) is owned by us. Don't republish, fork as a product, or claim authorship of any of it.
• Apollo data and email verification data are licensed from those providers under our agreements with them. Your use of those exports must remain consistent with applicable laws.

Ghostleads is provided "as is". We do our best to deliver accurate data and reliable service, but to the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties — express or implied — about data accuracy, deliverability, suitability for any particular campaign, uninterrupted service, or freedom from errors.

The data you export comes from third-party sources. Job titles change, people leave companies, emails bounce. We refund for confirmed data issues per the refund policy, but we cannot underwrite the outcome of your outreach.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ghostleads' total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the greater of: (a) the credits you spent in the 90 days preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).

We're not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost reputation, or lost business opportunities. This applies even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.

• By you: at any time, by emailing support@ghostleads.co. Unused credits are refundable per the refund policy.
• By us: if you materially violate these terms, abuse the service, or fail to pay. We'll provide reasonable notice except for serious violations (fraud, spam campaigns, illegal use), where suspension is immediate.

We'll update these terms when our practices materially change. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India, unless local consumer protection laws require otherwise.

Before going to court, please email us. Most disputes are misunderstandings that resolve in one conversation.
